While Joe Biden was vice president under Barack Obama, Hunter Biden, Joe’s son, asked for United States government assistance on a project in Italy on behalf of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, newly released State Department documents show.
The damning records reveal that Hunter did, in fact, illegally act as an unregistered foreign agent with this activity, which many had said was the case while the corporate media called the claim an unsubstantiated “conspiracy theory.”
Only because 81-year-old Joe dropped out of the 2024 presidential race did these documents indicting Hunter come to light. Previously, they had been under lock and key by the Biden regime, which buried them out of public view.
What Hunter effectively did was use his family’s name to lobby the U.S. government on behalf of foreign clients, in this case Ukrainian criminals at Burisma. As of this writing, Hunter has never been charged with violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Because the Department of Justice (DOJ) has never once pursued justice against Hunter over the matter, some of the president’s son’s FARA violations have exceeded the statute of limitations, meaning he can no longer be prosecuted for them.

Hunter reportedly pursued the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce for help with a Burisma thermal energy project in Tuscany. Via letter, Hunter asked John R. Phillips, the U.S. ambassador to Italy at the time, to help him introduce Enrico Rossi, the then-president of the Tuscany region, to the project so it could receive fast-tracked approval.
Both the State Department and the Commerce Department expressed unease about what Hunter was requesting with one of them expressing worry that he needed “to be careful about promising too much” to Hunter.
“This is a Ukrainian company and, purely to protect ourselves, U.S.G. should not be actively advocating with the government of Italy without the company going through the D.O.C. Advocacy Center.”
When his first attempt failed for these reasons, Hunter tried a second time to approach a close business associate of Rossi named Eric Schwerin. Hunter attached the same letter he wrote to Phillips in a separate email to Schwerin, asking him to help get some of Burisma’s executives “a meeting with the president to discuss their geothermal business in Tuscany.”
“The Ambassador already replied to one letter from Mr. Biden,” a Commerce Department official wrote following Hunter’s second attempt. “He may be shopping for more support than he got here.”
In the end, Hunter’s efforts appear to have failed. There is no evidence to suggest that Hunter’s requested meeting between Burisma executives and Rossi ever actually took place, and the project itself also fell through in the end.
According to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, Joe was “not aware” that his son Hunter was soliciting contracts from the U.S. government on behalf of Ukraine while Joe was serving as VP under Obama:

“The only thing Biden is spending time doing in these final few moments of his presidency is enriching himself,” someone wrote on X about this whole saga. “Remove him.”
“How much more can we tolerate?” asked another. “Biden’s ignorance is a farce. Impeach now!”
Now that Biden is out of the way, America has a much worse problem on its hands with Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. Find out more at Rigged.news.
